3. Products & Pricing

• All products listed are agricultural inputs, farm produce and allied goods sourced from verified vendors, FPOs and farmer collectives.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST and other statutory taxes are indicated on the product listing or invoice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing; in case of an error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Product images are representative; actual produce may vary in appearance due to the natural characteristics of agricultural goods.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed through the website or confirmed against enquiries by our sales team.
• Online payments are processed through RBI-authorised payment aggregators/gateways (such as PayU) supporting UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.
• An order is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment (or written confirmation for approved credit/enquiry-based orders).
• A tax invoice compliant with GST law will be issued for every confirmed order.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to post false enquiries, or to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Content on this website (text, graphics, logos, layout) is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, transport disruption or regulatory action).
