Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Shopiva Private Limited ships and delivers orders placed through Green Economy Maharashtra.

1. Serviceable Areas

• We currently deliver across Maharashtra, with pan-India delivery available for select non-perishable products (seeds, agri-inputs and equipment).
• Serviceability for your PIN code is confirmed at the time of order/enquiry confirmation.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery: typically 3–7 business days within Maharashtra and 5–10 business days for the rest of India, from the date of dispatch.
• Perishable produce is shipped through cold-chain or express logistics and delivered on pre-agreed schedules communicated at confirmation.
• Bulk/institutional orders (FPOs, retailers, wholesalers) follow delivery schedules agreed in the order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated clearly on the product page or order confirmation before payment — there are no hidden charges.
• Free delivery thresholds, where offered, are shown on the product listing.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive the courier/transport details and tracking reference (where available) by email or phone. You can also contact our support team for status updates using your order reference.

5. Delays & Failed Deliveries

• Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, transport disruptions or other events beyond our control; we will keep you informed of any significant delay.
• If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.
• Please inspect the package at delivery and report visible damage immediately (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
