Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Shopiva Private Limited through Green Economy Maharashtra.

1. Order Cancellation by You

• You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing shopiva@atomicmail.io or calling +91 99793 51156 with your order/enquiry reference.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, inability to service your location, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Returns & Replacements

• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
• After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges, at your choice.
• Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables and other farm produce) cannot be returned once accepted in good condition at delivery, given their nature. Quality issues reported at the time of delivery are always honoured.
• Seeds, fertilizers and other agri-inputs must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return, except where the product itself is defective.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through our payment gateway and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• If a payment was debited but the order was not confirmed (failed transaction), the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway, normally within 5–7 business days.

5. How to Raise a Request

Please include your order/enquiry reference, registered phone number and (for damage claims) clear photographs. We aim to resolve every request within 7 business days.
