• Order & enquiry information — products of interest, quantities, delivery location and messages you send us.
• Payment information — payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways (such as PayU). We receive only transaction status and reference identifiers; we never collect or store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• Technical information — basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and a session cookie required to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and respond to enquiries and orders.
• To process payments, generate invoices and arrange delivery.
• To communicate order updates and service information.
• To improve our products, services and website experience.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment aggregators/gateways, to the extent required to process your payment;
• Logistics partners, to deliver your order;
• Government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
